TeslaStreams is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Tesla, Inc. The word "Tesla" in our name describes the vehicles this product runs in and implies no affiliation. TeslaStreams is likewise not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Max, YouTube, Trakt, Simkl, TMDB, Plex, or any other third-party service referenced in the product. Each is the property of its respective owner.
What the service is
TeslaStreams is a launcher, watchlist, and remote-control companion for streaming and live-TV services you already subscribe to elsewhere. We link to those services' own sites and apps; we do not host, proxy, or re-serve their video. We do not provide access to any content we don't otherwise have rights to link to.
No warranty on third-party links
We do not warrant that any third-party deep link, embed, or OAuth connection (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, Trakt, Simkl, Plex, and others) continues to function without interruption. Those services can change their terms, endpoints, or availability without notice, and we are not responsible for the result.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to your use of the service.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Plus and Family plans are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis. Plus includes a 7-day free trial; a payment method is required to start the trial, and the first charge occurs on day 8 unless you cancel before then. You can cancel or change plans at any time from Stripe's Customer Portal, linked from your Account page. Pro (Fleet) is not currently sold.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to circumvent another service's terms, to access content you don't have rights to, or to upload, link to, or distribute infringing material.
Repeat-infringer policy
We terminate the accounts of users determined, after a valid and unretracted DMCA takedown notice, to be repeat infringers. Our default threshold is three valid, unretracted notices against one account within twelve months, at which point the account is terminated. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that any specific title, channel, or feature remains available, since that depends on third parties outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive venue of the courts located in Wyoming.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date on this page.
